ABOUT Plano AABSE
The Plano Area Alliance of Black School Educators is committed to quality education for all students, with a special focus on students of African descent. The organization’s top priorities include increasing PISD teachers’ knowledge of the barriers preventing students from closing the achievement gap, promoting college readiness and scholarship opportunities for African American students in PISD, assisting in career development, and building relationships and connections with community members.
